Residents have until Aug. 22 to report stream blockages caused by the June floods, according to a news release from the West Virginia Conservation Agency.

The Conservation Agency has been working to assess and remove stream blockages and working with its partners to restore ruined streambanks, the release said.

The agency has spent more than $737,000 clearing flood debris from streams, according to the release. In Kanawha County, contractors removed 880 loads of debris from just Jordan Creek, the release said.
