MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Voters in Monongalia County will decide this fall whether to allow hunting on Sundays on private land.
The Dominion Post reports the Monongalia County Commission voted unanimously Wednesday to place the Sunday hunting referendum on the Nov. 8 ballot.
The issue also is on the ballot this fall in Kanawha, Berkeley, Mercer and Wood counties.
Twenty-two counties allow Sunday hunting. Voters in Jackson County passed the issue in the May election.
