The St. Albans Historical Society will be having an open house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at their museum at 404 Fourth Ave. in St. Albans, adjacent to the C&O Depot.

The town of Pratt will have its Community Yard Sale beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday. There will also be a town barbecue sale at the Pratt Volunteer Fire Department.

The Kanawha Valley Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, will sponsor a hot dog sale to benefit the Wreaths Across America Project from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday at Chum's, 8315 MacCorkle Ave., Marmet. Get two hot dogs, chips and a soft drink for $5. All proceeds will be used to purchase Christmas wreaths to honor veterans' graves at the Donel C. Kinnard State Memorial Cemetery in Dunbar for the 2016 National Wreath Across America Ceremony held Dec. 17. To sponsor a wreath, go to www.wreathsacrossamerica. The sixth annual McDonald's Tri-State Criterium, presented by Cabell Huntington Hospital and Hoops Family Children's Hospital, will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday beginning and ending at Pullman Square, Huntington. There will be a series of fast-paced cycling races and various sponsor booths. The event is free to spectators and runs through the evening. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Tri-State, located in Huntington. Racers can register at www.truesport.com or on the day of the race.

The County Craft Guild will sponsor a Craft and Art Show from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Bramwell Masonic Lodge, Bramwell. The show is held in conjunction with the Bramwell Historic Tour Homes. Admission is free. For information, email countrycraftguild@yahoo.com.
