The National Scrip Collectors Association will hold their Fall 2015 Coal Mine Scrip Show and meeting on Saturday at the Charleston Civic Center. The show will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday in Room 104. Dealers will be available to buy, sell and trade coal mining artifacts, including coal mine scrip, early mining lamps and hats. Tyler Mountain Volunteer Fire Department will have its 7th annual craft show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Tyler Mountain Community Building, adjacent to the fire department, 5380 Big Tyler Road. Various crafters will have homemade crafts for sale. Concessions will be available with home baked goods. A drawing will be held following the show for a $500 Cabela's Sporting Goods Store. Tickets may be purchased during the show.

Charleston Coin Club will have its annual Coin Show from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday at the Charleston Civic Center. Admission is free. Dealers will buy, sell and trade coins, stamps, jewelry, ball cards and mine scrip.

Al-Anon and Alateen groups hold open and free group gatherings to help those who find themselves loving someone with an addiction. Al-Anon meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays at St. John's Episcopal Church, 1105 Quarrier St.; noon on Wednesdays at the Kanawha County Day Report Center, 900 Christopher St.; 7 p.m. Thursdays in the Edgewood area at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 819 Somerset Drive. Alateen, for teens who deal with the alcoholism and/or drug addiction of a parent or friend, meets at 7 p.m. Thursdays in the Edgewood area at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 819 Somerset Drive; and Fridays at noon at Christ Church United Methodist, Second Floor, Quarrier and Morris streets. The Legacy Study Group meets at 7 p.m. Sundays at First Presbyterian Church, 508 Second Ave., South Charleston.

Tricky Fish, 1611 Washington St. E., will donate 10 percent of restaurant sales from each Tuesday in November to a fund supporting teachers at Mountaineer Montessori School.
