The group will continue to study Dr. Ilea Delio's workshop "God and New Cosmology." Delio shows how religion is still intertwined with ancient Ptolemaic cosmology, whereas culture is in tune with modern science, which begins with the Big Bang and 14 billion years of evolution, General Relativity and Quantum Physics. She argues that if that mindset is continued we will become extinct like the dinosaurs. Everyone is invited to join the church for the learning sessions and to discuss pros and cons, strengths and limitations in Delio's arguments.
