West Virginia State University Extension Service is hosting a free workshop to help gardeners prepare for the fall season beginning at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Charleston Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic, located at 700 Technology Drive, South Charleston. The workshop will cover planning a fall garden with WVSU Extension Agent Caroline Copenhaver leading discussions on layout, growing, climate considerations, season extension and harvesting.
