Boil-water advisories

n West Virginia American Water issued a boil-water advisory for approximately 350 customers in the Sissonville area. The affected area includes Edens Fork Road, Tate Hollow Road, Holmes Hollow, Legg Fork, Hughart Creek Road, Sigmon Fork Road, Five Mile Road - from Box 1631 (Ravenall Lane) to Interstate and Walker Road from Interstate 77 to Sigmon Fork. The advisory follows a power outage, which caused a storage tank in the area to drain.

n West Virginia American Water has issued a boil-water advisory for some customers in the Gatewood area of the company's New River system in Fayette County. The affected streets include Elverton Road, Riner Dairy Road, Pleasant View Drive and Bennett Lane. The advisory follows a water main break, which drained a water storage tank.

n The Logan County Public Service District has issued a boil-water advisory for customers in Sand Creek.

n West Virginia Water has issued a boil-water advisory for approximately 250 customers in the Chelyan and Cabin Creek Road areas. The affected area includes Cabin Creek Road, from Interstate 77 Sharon exit south to the Red Warrier area, Leewood-Carbon Road, and the communities of Miami, Eskdale, Sharon, Leewood, Red Warrior, Acme and Carbon. The advisory follows a water main break, which drained area storage tanks.

n West Virginia American Water has issued a boil-water advisory for customers along 5th Avenue between 27th and 28th streets in Huntington. The advisory follows a water main break.

n A boil-water advisory has been issued for the Kenova Municipal Water System following a water main break. Areas affected include customers located between 26-28 blocks of W.Va. 75, including any side subdivisions; Macy Flat Top Road; Buffalo Creek Road, between Macy Flat Top Road and W.Va. 75; Malcom Lane; Daisy Lane; and any customer located near the areas listed above that experienced low or no water pressure.

n The Department of Health and Human Resources has issued a boil-water advisory for customers on W.Va. 20 in Meadow Bridge, following a water main break.

Customers in these areas should boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.

n The Nettie-Leivasy Public Service District has lifted the boil-water advisory issued for customers on McCutcheon Lane in Nettie.

n The boil-water advisory has been lifted for the Glen White-Trap Hill System.

n The Raleigh County Public Service District has lifted the boil-water advisory for customers in the Cherry Hills area of the Airport System.

n The Raleigh County Public Service District has lifted the boil-water advisory for customers in the Arnett System.
