The contents of longtime Charleston haberdasher Kelleys Men's Shop are being auctioned off Saturday morning at its Washington Street West location.
The sale will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Items to be sold include a small amount of remaining inventory, retail racks, shelving, fixtures, brand advertising, mannequins, display items, boiler-operated tailoring equipment, backroom shelving, metal storage cabinets and other miscellaneous items, said Andrew Robinson, with Robinson Auction Services.
The store first opened on Charleston's West Side in 1934, and a second location was opened on Bridge Road in 2013. The West Side location closed the following year, and the Bridge Road location closed in May of this year.
Cash and checks will be accepted at Saturday's auction. For more information about the auction, call 304-545-7378.
