Charleston police are investigating after a man was shot at a West Side bar early Sunday morning.
Police say Douglass Reaves, 31, of Charleston, was shot around 1 a.m. Sunday at the Park Place bar on Central Avenue. Reaves sustained non-life-threatening injuries, said Lt. Steve Cooper, chief of detectives for the Charleston Police Department.
Cooper said Reaves is not cooperating with authorities in the investigation.
