All counties have certified their results from West Virginia's primary elections, one month after election day, Secretary of State Natalie Tennant announced Friday.
County clerks have up to 30 days after an election to report their certified results to the secretary of state's office.
As of last week, Tennant's office was still waiting on certified results for 14 counties. The delay left several potential delegates to the Republican National Convention in limbo.
"Results for judicial elections will now be delivered to Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, who will officially proclaim winners of those races," a news release from Tennant's office said. "Additionally, the Secretary of State's Office also will provide certified results to state Republican Party leaders, who determine which delegates will attend the Republican Party's National Convention in July."
