KANAWHA TRAIL CLUB HIKE: 1:30 p.m., Kanawha State Forest - Hemlock Falls and Bob Ward Pathway. Carpool from the parking lot at the corner of Ohio Avenue and Randolph Street. Hike is about 4 miles and is mostly moderate with one long uphill and possible creek crossings.
