INSTITUTE, W.Va. (AP) - The West Virginia State University Board of Governors is set to announce the school's next president.
The new president is scheduled to be introduced Tuesday in Institute.
Interviews with three finalists took place in late April.
Brian Hemphill is leaving to become president of Radford University in July.
