Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is appearing at a rally in Charleston today in advance of the state's primary election next week.
Meanwhile, Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, who had a rally last week in Huntington, is heading to West Virginia for more campaign events.
Sanders will be in McDowell County this morning for an invitation-only round-table. Sanders will be at the South Charleston Community Center on Thursday afternoon. His Morgantown rally will take place at the Waterfront Place Hotel on Thursday evening.
Sanders' primary opponent, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, stopped throughout Appalachia this week, including a visit to Williamson on Monday and Charleston on Tuesday.
Trump's rally will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Charleston Civic Center. Tickets are available online. (On our blogs: Trump and the coal miners)
