West Virginia author Anna Smucker will share her picture book "Golden Delicious: A Cinderella Apple Story," at Kanawha County Public Library this week in honor of Children's Book Week. The story is about the discovery of West Virginia's state fruit in Clay County.
The events will be as follows:
11 a.m. Monday at the Main Library in Charleston; 6 p.m. Monday at the St. Albans library; 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Riverside library and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Dunbar library.
