Spots for the Clay Center's full-day summer camp are filling up fast.

Kayte Kincaid, director of education, said there are six weeks of summer camp this year.

This year, the Clay Center has partnered with West Virginia University and Alban Arts Center to provide extra fun and education for campers. The first camp will be "Sports Science with WVU Science Behind the Sport" where students will work with the WVU Science Behind the Sport team to learn about the physics of zip-lining and bicycle engineering.

Kincaid said this year the Clay Center offered full-day camp during the week of spring break. It was a move she said was successful.

The full-day camps run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and begin June 20.

Camp session prices range from $120 to $175, depending on session and membership status.

For more information on summer camp sessions, visit www.theclaycenter.org/publicprograms/childrensprograms/workshops.aspx.
