CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - A public comment period runs through Monday for a proposal to merge two Huntington hospitals.
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey's office said in a news release that Morrisey and the state Health Care Authority received an application for approval of a cooperative agreement for Cabell Huntington Hospital's acquisition of St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington.
Written comments may be submitted to Assistant Attorney General Douglas L. Davis, P.O. Box 1789, Charleston, WV 25326. All comments must be received no later than Monday.
